Local Network Access
Smart View - TV Connect requires access to your local Wi-Fi network exclusively to discover and connect to Smart TVs and casting devices on the same network. All communication happens locally between your phone and your TV. No local network data is ever collected, stored, or sent to any external server by us.
Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the app and provided information, please contact us immediately.
Terms & Conditions
Rules and limitations for using Smart View - TV Connect
License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use this app on your personal Android device. This license does not permit you to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the app
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or branding
User Responsibilities
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Ensure your phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi for casting to work
- Only cast content you have the legal right to use and share
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or hack any part of the app or its infrastructure

Smart View - TV Connect is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer makes no warranties regarding the app's operation, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

The developer of Smart View - TV Connect is not responsible for any outcome, loss, damage, or consequence — direct or indirect — arising from your use of this app. This includes but is not limited to: device damage, data loss, content loss, copyright claims from what you cast, network issues, incompatibility with specific TV models, any interruption or failure of the casting service, and any harm caused by your reliance on the app for any purpose whatsoever.
You use this app entirely at your own risk. The developer bears zero liability for anything that happens — on your device, your network, your TV, or otherwise — as a result of using or being unable to use this app.
- We do not guarantee the app will work with all Smart TV brands or models
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or lag-free performance
- We are not liable for third-party ad content displayed within the app
- We are not responsible for copyright violations caused by content you choose to cast
